I have been on this site for about 2 months looking how to increase my load. Ive seen a ton of posts and many people saying different things and techinques. Who out there HAS INCREASED their load and how did you do it. This would be great info for everyone and it would take alot of guessing out of all this.. This also includes the force behind it. If you've been able to go from dribble to shooting please let me know what successfully worked.
