PEing is one my hobbies and i think the consensus is that girth is at least twice hard length to create but it's not that difficult with the proper workout and ethic

Penis size is relative, like everything.
I will say that from 6 inches going on we should all be into the average, not to mention that even with a smaller one everybody can accomplish its functions: to pee and to get a woman pregnant.
this said most of us look for a bigger one after we have seen a movie or after we heard comments from a girl who has been with a bigger one.
I have been said that I haven't been the longer one for her but that I was better than him in bed but this caused me to be willing to get a bigger one but, the evidence is, I'm not too drive as I wished to start some PE programs but never ended a week of "training".
again this said, from what I read, the exercises to try are JELQS for both length and girth (depending at which level of erection you perform them) and stretches but it takes time and dedication like for every thing you want to accomplish in your life and drive is even more necessary than dedication (if this makes any sense).
for me to quit watching pornos brought me back to a better self esteem, the next step would be to have a good sex life (that I'm actually missing) and a good health.
I'm actually working on getting back to a normal weight and I'd also like to try back some jelq as, the few times I did try it, even if it didn't grow due to not too much time dedicated to it, I have to admit that it gives a better look and feel to my/our little friends, more vascularity and better erections.

so, definitely it is worth to give a try, like in bodybuilding not everybody grows the same but it's worth to give a try.

Contrary to what anyone says.....PUMPING DOES WORK!ive accomplished substancial gains by using a pumping/stretching regimen.Pumping is like bodybuilding.....you get out of it what you put into it.You gotta remember..no two units are the same, some attain length easily,i myself gained 2 inches in length in 6 months by pumping and stretching and increased my girth by 1.5 inches.but,for some.the gains come slower.as i mentioned earlier,no two units are the same and you gotta develop a routine that works best for YOU!The info on these sites are beneficial but the routine one uses may not do squat for you.experiment and find what works and what you're comfortable with and stick with it.

Ive gained a permanent 1.5" from Pumping.

I started at 18, and did it off and on...not really a regimine, but just when I saw it enjoyable. it did make it temporaraly bigger, but over time (about a year or so) I started seeing permanent gains.

The first thing I saw was that I started to Hang rather than poke.

Then I started to see an increase in length, during the erect state.

PE works, just like weightlifting - you need to give it the TIME it needs.

No pill or potion will ever make you Magically Bigger, Thinner, Smarter, more sexy/appealing etc.
life is about time. The more you put in, the more you get out.

New to the terminology. Jelqing?
Is this squeezing blood into it and extending?
If it is I have done this for about 15 years intermittently.
Yes it can blow a few blood vessels but only if you overdo it.
Better to extend it when flacid and try to stretch the inner tubes for length (dont pull the foreskin - if you still have one - you will end up with a deflated ballon on the end of your knob!). You may not extend it much but you will reach your potential size, which you may not otherwise get naturally. Take care not to overinflate the bell end by the way, pinch it between thumb and forefinger then deflate it before extending - thos stops burst vessels. As for my results I guess I have got bigger (don't have the stats here) all round. The trick is to get happy with your chap and keep him healthy and well exercised.
The technique of stopping unrinating for 5 secs at a time is very good ( a nurse told me this and they have a BIG interest in this subject). You don't even have to be peeing. Do it at regular times of the day (and while peeing). At the very least it will strengthen your pelvic muscles and give you better erections. At the very least you will feel you are doing something positive and natural with your body rather than resorting to contraptions and pills (never used them). It may assist in avoiding prostrate problkems later in life. The other technique is to get an erection and put a small towel on it and try to keep it up (literally). Keep doing this and then use a wet one which is slightly heavier. Hope these suggestions help. p.s. measure your health, not your penis. Make you life longer instead.

I have been pumping for about 20 years. Have achieved a lot of thickness and a bit of length. Pumping takes time, must be done regularly and carefully, but I have achieved permanent results....Anyone with questions can feel free to email/contact me.

As you can see from my gallery, I am using the extender for both dick and balls. I also stretch manually. The extender and stretching are excellent for length but does nothing for girth.
I also pump and Jelq but these do nothing for length but is great for girth.
Overall, it took me 3 years to gain 3 inches (an inch a year is a reasonable gain). 5 years before I started the length gain, I only pumped and found out the hard way that I gained lots of girth but absolutely no length. I spent a total of 8 years researching penis enlargement. Part of the last 3 years, I did weights using the Grip system but my vaccuum chamber broke and I switched to the JES extender and Bib hanger.

The medical proceedure does work well. It is expensive and there is only one doctor that is real good.

Does it make you more hung when flaccid - Yes
Do you need to do post op streching with weights -Yes
Is it bigger -Yes : Girth gains are fantastic. Lenght is not as good
If you are over 7 inch long ( a true 7 inches) is it suggested -no
Can you go too thich - Yes : be carefull on going in for a second girth enhancement (use a pump if you want it super thick for a few hours )
Cost: expensive ... if you have to ask you cannot afford to do it
Note if you are quick to heal and scar this could cause a problem with the lengthing proceedure.

I tried jelqing and stretching about five years ago for a few months. I did get some gains, I'm not sure how much now but probably about 0.5-0.75" but gave it up after a while. At the time I felt pretty insecure about myself, maybe because I didn't have any experience of other guys yet. After I had some experience and found I wasn't small I lost the motivation (it is time consuming and quite boring I think).

However I'm thinking of taking it up again, not that I'm disatisfied or my b/f is dissatisfied, just it'd be nice to be bigger!
