When I press in I'm 7.5" but when I'm not I'm 7". It's weird because about 3 years ago I was 7" BPEL so I think I've finally finished grow being 21. I'm actually going to university in September so for experiment I've taken up PE to see what happens by September. If nothing happens then, oh well, I have more than enough but if it gets bigger then that would be awesome. I wish that my 5.5" girth wasn't just at the base.

I am right at 7 3/8x5.5" NPB pretty much every time. Sometimes longer and girth fluctuates as well.
