While I make no final judgments that this is indeed a much older Tina Small, I did find these some years ago on a dating website for adults. Photos of Busty Keaton received from a freind, got from Photoprints in 1978.,were not those of Tina Small.Years,in the pages some magazine,Gent,Juggs,Fling I saw this ad.It stated simply ''See the Amazing Busty Keaton and other girls.''.I don't remember if mentioned Titanic Tina Small.It might have.I don't remember,after it's over 20 years ago.If you saw the ad,you may remember it better than I do.If you have copy,I'd love see it.
Year ago I saw an ad like an assumed Titanic Tina Small,had another,like Roberta Pedon had several other names.The ad read,see the Amazing Busty Keaton and big busted models.Now it appears that this is ,indeed a photo of Tina Small,but the Busty Keaton isn't her-it's another woman. And one ad, listed strangely enough,had a picture of Tina Small listed as the AmazingBusty Keaton.

This is a great thread and I'd like to see the fake titted girls not included. They are really not that special because anyone can go buy some fake tits. Real ones are rare and beautiful, you can only get them if you're born with them, you are healthy enough in your eating not to lose weight and have them collapse, and you are healthy enough mentally not to get a breast reduction and cut them off. It's a true rarity in nature, and you don't see this often out in the real world.

One can find really obscure material with some digging at imagefap.com. One person found a number of photos of medical cases of mastasia as in the post from frans240. I don't have a more exact link at the moment.

Medical cases of mastasia are interesting. The affected ladies have likely been ridiculed so harshly that almost no photos exist outside of the doctors office. Seeing marker lines drawn pre-surgery really ruins any excitement one may have over gigantic breasts. Yes - there can be such a thing as too big though it seems very rare.

I would tend to doubt that such endowed women would exercise a great deal. I still need some muscle tone and personality.

Almost all of the premier slim and stacked breast queens got surgically chopped up. Jana Defi, Anya Sakova, Sexy Venera and Yulio Nova. One has to really hate something to have it chopped up.
