PSU gets knocked off....who's the best team in college football? Ttech looks unbeatable, Alabama is big, strong and physical, and Florida is the hottest team in the country. This looks wide opened going into the homestretch.

This week - Texas Tech!
They beat - I mean beat the #9 team in the country.
Alabama went to OT with #15

Question is can they sustain it?
Do they have stamina?
(Maybe the thread needs to be moved out of politics and into Sex with a Large Penis section) :biggrin1::biggrin1::biggrin1:

They still need to get past Oklahoma. A lot of pressure on that game. If they do win, they'll have a cakewalk vs. Missou in Big 12 championship.

Florida looks awesome and they are peaking.

Very good question; every team has their good points and bad points and the best could be solved by a roundtable play-offs maybe...

I hate how the SEC schools seem to always be locked in battles of quarterbacks and their games have huge scores for both sides. They completely ignore defense and have fast passing games.

I don't think my school is the best though we still have a chance at the national title if a few others lose. We have amazing defense at times but so many silly mistakes at the wrong times.

Florida is the most complete team. They have a very good defense that would shut down the Big 12 QBs. Alabama is not that good and will get dismantled by Florida in the SEC championship game.

Texas Tech will get beat by Oklahoma next week.

I predict Florida vs. Oklahoma in the BCS with Florida winning.

SEC is the best conference although the Big 12 has improved. But the Big 12 doesn't play defense so their QB #s are inflated. The PAC 10 and Big 10 are lousy conferences.

Without a playoff to decide it, it's just a bunch of football-factory schools arguing over which of them gets the most money this year. The BCS is a scam.

One could make a good argument, as Rick Reilly of ESPN recently did, that the only remaining undefeated team, which beat four ranked opponents, including a thrashing of former #1 ranked Alabama in a bowl game, deserves to be champion. That would be Utah.
