Once when my wife and I went through a "bad patch" (don't feel too, too, sorry for her, I later discovered she was also being unfaithful and had been both prior and after my single indiscretion - and a lot more vigorously than I).
Once when I had just started seeing another lady, following my divorce and we were not really committed to each other (just playing the field).
Once when a pal and his girlfriend invited me into a threesome with them (on this occasion I felt I was being unfaithful to him, my friend, even though it was his idea and he really got off on the experience).
On every occasion I have been absolutely rubbish. Erection dysfunction, premature ejaculation - you name it, I suffered it.
