If a minority calls a white person a racist we would talk about weather that white person is racist. Following that logic if a white person calls a minority a racist we should discuss if that minority is a racist. What has happened here? We still ended up talking about if white people are racist. So it seems people think only whites can be racist.
That's ridiculous.
Again, NOBODY likes to be called a racist. Perhaps if we were more careful with our words, we can convey the message without making it seem as if we're demonizing everyone in the process. Case in point, let's take your own comments and make it "color blind":
Before:

After:

Think of it this way... if you're going to put out a fire, do you use a flame thrower? To stop a flood, do we use more water? If we all treated people as individuals first and not by color, then we can get to the source of the problem. Right now, many people just mention the color and it gives the perception that they are speaking for that entire race... and then condemn another person of another race as if they are representative of theirs. That never solves anything. We all know that not all whites are racists, the same way we know not all minorities are as well. So why word your critiques in that manner?
Make it about the individual, and not about the color. Then, the person you're taking this to understands that you're making it about them and not his people.
