That sentence bigbull is probably the most successful Reich Wing strategy since they set out in the 1960's to counter "liberal views" and create what the define renowned Kelly Anne Conway calls "alternative facts". And no more so than can be seen on the crown jewels "Fox News" and "Breitbart".

You think there are millions of people in the US who think all liberals should go and live in another country? I'm not saying you're wrong but I really hope you are.

Maybe I'm naive or misguided but I think the vast vast majority of people's opinions lie somewhere in between the right and left, and a huge proportion of people have nil interest in anything vaguely political.

Surely only mad people can seriously think liberals should leave the country because they don't agree with Trump. It's insanity.

I could be wrong but there are several reasons why I highly suspect I'm not. For one 62 plus million voters turned out to vote for Trump. They did so either BECAUSE of his divisive, bigoted, hate based rhetoric that demonized minorities, immigrants, people of different faiths, or IN SPITE OF it. Of his supporters, a certain number of them are nationalists, separatists, and supremacists. In the U.S. there are some 22 odd groups or organizations identified as such.

Add to that notions and ideas held by people NOT usually associated with those groups... ideas about the "otherness" of some Americans, bandied about on prime time conservative news broadcasts by conservative "soothsayers" and pundits like O'Reilly, Hannity, Limbaugh and company... notions like how black people aren't patriotic, or don't believe in American "exceptionalism." among other narrow minded notions fed to their audience on a 24/7 basis.

Consider too their belief that three million people voted for Hillary who, according to Trump and his supporters, didn't have the RIGHT to vote.

There is this interesting study that was done awhile back (here's a link: http://blogs.reuters.com/jamesrgain...t-their-state-to-secede-from-the-u-s-but-why/) which revealed one in four Americans (most, conservatives) want their state to secede from the union.

One in four is quite a number. Is it really a stretch to conclude that if one in four conservatives were willing to leave, one in four must believe WE (liberals) should?

So if one put all that together, the ideology they've ENDORSED, ideology as to who belongs here and who doesn't, who's a "real American" and who isn't, who should "go back to Africa" etc. etc., I'd dare say my estimate as to how many are thinking along the lines of "LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT" isn't far off the mark.

Always breaktaking to hear as if North America was a vast barren wasteland just waiting for European settlers to reap the rewards of her fertile soil. Native Americans are just wiped off the historical record. They are the only ones that can legitimately tell anyone to "go back....".

The OP should acknowledge that the founding fathers, were liberal in their thinking as compared to the English crown; and that liberal thinking turned out pretty well a few hundred years later.

I know, the old saying America Love it or Leave it was popular in the 60 and 70s and that was under somewhat more stable presidential conditions. Do protests do anything ? Not really . But it is the right of peaceful assembly guaranteed under the constitution that they can do so; and not be asked to change their nationalities

Liberals founded our Republic, wrote the Constitution, and today they always save the country in one way or another -- i.e. Watergate, Vietnam, Iran-Contra. That's because we recognize that we don't need thought police, we are all immigrants, civil liberties need defending even under a more liberal president and congress, and that we built a country on separation of church and state.

And if you read, you know the GOP would like to crack down on the Internet - of course they want it turned into even more of a money-making scheme for corporations (I'm not sure how that's possible) -- which is why they are defunding programs that help rural areas have internet access.

If I was a leftist, I would move to Canada. They are a left wing country. Why wouldn't I want to live there if I was a leftist?

However for conservatives and libertarians, the United States is as good as it gets on the planet. We have no where else to go so we will continue to fight and kept radical leftist ideology at bay. The tide is changing and the extreme far left Democrat Party is becoming more and more irrelevant every day.

Religion is not a factor for me in picking a country unless it was a Muslim country. Islam is incompatible with western values.
