First question . Absolutely . It's the position , not the person.
He didn't do much as CIC so I didn't bash him.
If I did bash him , I wouldn't do it based on lies.
"Bashing" the President based on honest difference of opinion is one thing. Just part of politics .
Bashing him and undermining him based on lies is quite another.
Reprehensible.
Finally, you actually calmly and honestly answer a question I posed. For that, I thank you.
Now, if I can be equally calm and honest, it isn't the WMD thing that bothers me about GW. I understand that he has been manipulated, and that many things attributed to him are not actually him. My big problem with him, his cabinet, and his whole administration is their disregard for the US Constitution. "Constitution be damned, we want this, and will get it by whatever means necessary." He keeps repeating his mantra of "National security, national security" but I don't think he really understands what that means, nor does he understand that the end does not justify the means. I would have a great deal more respect for him if he questioned his advisors from time to time, rather than just blindly agreeing with them.
Please don't take this as an affront, or an insult, or some kind of bait, this is an honest question: in your own words, what is the difference between a liberal and a libertarian?
