Those you have mentioned are probably the most publicized in the media, but what about all the others that the media let go by the wayside? What about the aids-tainted blood he allowed in this country from Canada? I guess most of them are speculation and weren't covered much because of his popularity with the media. It just seems to me the liberal-backed media goes out of their way to gaslight President Bush and that's just the way it's been since the days of Reagan...they tried with him but they just ended up liking and respecting him because he always said it like it was, and with tact. As far as the other threads...honestly, no...I haven't read them, I generally stay away from the political ones because everyone I've ever read has bashed conservatives. It's not really the derogatory statements made toward the Republican party or administration that bothers me, it's the way a conservative person is usually jumped on by numerous people who seem to lump him or her in one group. It would be the same if I lumped all Democrats as liberals equal to Howard Dean or Barbara Boxer.

And like I said, my response was not directed towards you personally, I just chose your post as the one to which I responded.

Liberal, conservative, blahblahblah. The shit that really irks me around here is the number of fake "women" who constantly turn up on LPSG. They give gay men a bad name and cast suspicion on real women.

Oh, and my response was not directed towards you personally, I just chose your post as the one to which I responded.

See, I made my point. I am a conservative who has made a statement about my opinions and now I am insulted and implicated as being a "fake woman".

Now, you made my point.

(1) Don't attach two opinions to other people's posts and then say "nothing personal, just chose your post to attach this to." That's so freakin' passive-aggressive. You've been around here for long enough to know that you can simply respond the way I am now. Free-standing.

(2) There are so many fake women that it makes me wary of everyone around here claiming to be a woman.

Here's a third one for you since it's my birthday. (It's really Indy's from above...)

(3) Why the hell do people come on to a big dick-oriented website to only spew out conservative political views? This is really not directed at you 36DD but smack at JQBlonde. I mean, really? Not one statement about the cocks here, but a load of political shit?! Something is amiss.

(1) I was responding to his post, I was merely stating my frustration was not with him (I've told him before that I like reading his posts as I find him to be well-articulated)
(2) I'm sorry you have issues with trust.
(3) If you bothered to read my post I said I usually don't post on the political threads, but being a conservative, how was I to resist a thread that reads "Why do LWers persist in lying about Bush?" Also, if you've read any other threads I'm sure you have come across some of my posts that do not pertain to anything remotely related to politics. I love a big dick like anyone else, but sometimes the threads can be boring for a girl...i.e., self-sucking, wrestling, gay porn and whether or not I've ever measured my dick...sorry, can't relate.

BTW, Happy Birthday.

To explain to the general public the reason why conservative view are not often held in high regard around here:

1. This is a sex site for ALL to enjoy. Conservatives would have it and every other sex site shut down. They don't respect our right to even be here.

2. This is a GAY FRIENDLY site where the majority of our members are GAY, conservatives don't think gays are equal people.

3. People who are sick as fuck of being told what to do by a government that wants to be our daddy don't like hearing that shit where we come to play.

4. MOST (but not all) of the conservatives represented here are narrow-minded and ignorant, and refuse to argue reasonable points, preferring to use repetition as we have seen in action in our government. It isn't working there, and it won't work here. If you can't back up your points with a reasonably intelligent train of though, you will be mocked, and that's as it should be.

5. Most of America is sick of your shit too. Too many of your leaders are going to jail, their hypocrisies having been exposed.

6. Historical conservativism is not longer the current reality of what the repug party stands for. While most of us are socially permissive, a good many of us value traditionally conservative views on the economy. bush clearly does not. He's a social conservative (wants to limit personal rights) and waaaaay the fuck left field on spending. The next two years are going to be media hell for him, so buckle you seat belts.

7. And this is my favorite- if you are really "morally conservative", WHATTHEFUCK are you doing here, sinning?

What? True "morally conservatives" don't sin.:biggrin1:

Haven't you been at a bar or some other "immoral" place and meet someone you know and they say, "What are you doing here? Don't you know this is a place of sin and iniquity? My reply, "Same reason you are."

Zora, that was a slam dunk. You win the prize for the best line of the week.

Can this guy even construct a sentence without using using political catchphrases?

OP: You're a moron, nobody agrees with you. Posting mindless garbage does not give any normal (or at least sane) person a sense of satisfaction.

As we all know, the internet is not a big truck. It is a series of tubes.

AND YOU'RE CLOGGING THE FRIGGING TUBES.

It was the overwhelming consensus of opinion by everybody in a position to know that Iraq had WMD, yet the American left PERSISTS on flogging the blatant lie that Bush was lying when he claimed Iraq WMD.

er, because no sign of the vaunted WMDs has ever been found?

And if the CIA just plain old got it wrong and made an honest mistake about the WMD intel (as Bush apologists lamely claim), why was a Medal of Freedom awarded to CIA director George "16 words" Tenant afterward? Talk about rewarding failure!

Further the American left persists in flogging that Bush lied about his reasons for invading Iraq, all CLEARLY spelled out in his Iraq war resolution.

uh, what reasons would those be? They morph about every other month. Is it upholding the Security Council resolutions to keep the UN relevant? No, its ridding the world of a dictator? Wait, maybe its stopping the imminent threat of WMDs? Or could it be severing the link between Al Qaeda and Saddam? Maybe its spreading democracy in the Middle East? Or possibly its fighting Islamic terrorists overseas rather than at home?

Can anybody explain such despicable behavior??? Was it just to get the offices back?? Is political power worth undercutting the President with a lying smear campaign??

Tell me you're kidding, right? You're upset about partisan foes undercutting a president with a lying smear campaign for political gain? That's really rich, dude. After the right savaged everything about Bill Clinton (and his family) during the 1990s the stupidity and hypocrisy of your complaint is breathtaking.

You make it sound like there was a long list of Clinton lies, I'm simply asking you to be more specific. I'm not defending him, I'm asking you to defend your statements. Beyond the blow-job lie, the only one you mention is AIDS-tainted blood, and if you claim it was a Clinton lie to allow it into the country, you are basically saying he requested a tainted supply, then passed it off as clean. I doubt that happened. Perhaps he got some bad intelligence reports about it? I wasn't really aware that the President was responsible for the minutiae of the blood supply; I would think that would be more the domain of the Surgeon General, the NIH, the CDC, or whatever.

And you never did answer my main question - how can you compare jq's posts with those of any other member, and conclude that the liberals are more prone to bashing and name-calling than the conservatives?

And jq, (or 36DD, either), I'm still curious about how you define liberal, libertarian, and conservative. You have both used those terms, but I'm not sure what you mean when you use them.

Except that wasn't what I was talking about .
Smear tactics for political gain are part of politics. Ask James Carville and Paul Begala.

That's entirely different than a dishonest smear campaign to undercut a US President during a time of war. < I'm not referring to an honest disagreement over a decision to go to war or how said war is conducted> .
And than having the absolute despicable gall to complain that the US has lost it's standing in the world.

You know what I love about you, JQ? You joined here a year ago, posted a very few relatively benign posts dealing obliquely with sex (mostly judgemental, incidentially) and then dropped off the radar.

A few moments after the last election, you re-surfaced and suddenly have racked up 300 posts, nearly all of which deal with politics.

Clearly, your interests lie in an area (politics) not related to the subject of this website (big hot, thick cocks). Why don't you scamper off and direct your energy to resusciating your party? I think they need your keen analytical mind right now as they sort out how to deal with social liberals leading the GOP field of '08 nominees and how to square the putrid legacy of the Reagan years ("big government is the problem") with the displeasure of the American people over the government's ineptitude over Katrina and Iraq.

Go on, move on. It'll be better for all of us to end this on a positive note and to be friends. And, just so you know: it's not you; it's us.
