...cuase they are in on it too... and pose themselves elsewise. Obama and Hillary are exposed as the same ol same ol. Ya'll got duped, but noone cares about Iraq/Afghanistan anymore... old hat now that Bush is gone. The fight died when the morals were given up when their boy and girl got in. This will expose that they knew full well (and currently continue to participate) that our foreign friends that allegedly love Obama/Hillary were sold out...

Bush bashes WikiLeaks as he pushes memoir online

"Leaks are very damaging and people who leak ought to be prosecuted," Bush said. "I was frustrated to know that there are people who did not honor their agreement with the government not to talk about secrets."

Let's at least see what's on the Wiki Leaks before we start passing out axes to everyone?

The US is now trying to take the site down...

WikiLeaks reports another electronic disruption - CNN.com

I experienced this last night while trying to browse the documents. At first I couldn't access the site through it's homepage, then every other time I clicked on a link to read a document I wasn't able to access it either. This information deserves to be public, please donate to the site, even if it's only a dollar

You may want to use the Way Back Machine to preserve some of the content if you really want to retain it.

The government wants to shut wikileaks down not necessarily because of vital security being compromised, but because the leaks make them look bad. It's really that simple actually.

You really should consider swearing off the Boone's Farm.

The leaks make everyone look bad, which is why they are so damaging to the intricate workings of diplomatic relations and the interplay between the various factions concerned.

Take for instance people who may live in compromised locations, in other countries, who may be able to supply the U.S. government with vital intelligence on a plot, for example, to blow up something in the U.S. during a major event.

Only now, thanks to Wikileaks, they clam up, go into hiding or otherwise fail to provide that vital information because they can no longer be certain they won't be later reading online about their involvement with intelligence agencies - a revelation that would certainly place themselves if not their families in grave jeopardy.

So BOOM... a bunch of people die somewhere (maybe you or someone you know) all for lack of a bit of information or even a frekin' "heads up"; just so some asshole hack on a power trip can get the thrill and notoriety of leaking secret information to the rest of the world.

    Simple enough for ya?

Perhaps our world "diplomats" should try being a little less corrupt? Embarrassment is self-imposed...

He's too scared to defend what he says. Drive by trolling is his only specialty.

None of the headline stories about the latest 'leaks' should have been news to anyone. Yawn.

Exactly right. They're all just figureheads. The people who have the REAL power hide in darkness behind the scenes where the masses rarely look. Like the Wizard of Oz said, "Pay absolutely no attention to that man behind the curtain!"

More baseless, hypothetical fear mongering designed to destroy free speech, de-ball the Constitution, and enable unlimited government power over every detail of our lives. Why is fascism so "in" these days with about a third of the population??

Where in the Constitution does it say heads of state and diplomats shall not have a right to confidentiality and that it is the right of the people to full disclosure of all such matters?

And to what benefit has such disclosure served?

Have the leaks enhanced the Saudi's position to act as either an ally or envoy in negotiating sensitive matters with the rest of the Muslim world, or has their ability to bridge that gap been severely diminished?

Have the disclosures improved the relationships between world governments or have they harmed them? Have they built trust or destroyed it?

And finally, have the revelations made you feel any more secure in your "homeland"?

It's really quite a shame that they closed the large mental institutions in the 60s and 70s.
