Probably around 8.25-8.5 NBP.

The difference is only "noticeable" because when up close, even differences of fractions of an inch are visually prominent. If you were to look at them with full body shots, they would both just look like guys with really big cocks. So there's about a 0.5 inch length difference. Which is noticeable, but not physically significant.
