I get waxed every four to six wks. Ears, nose, brow, and the few patches of hair on my back. I trim my arms, chest, and abs. Keep my pits trimmed too but not short. Otherwise that arm pit hair just keeps growing.
Having said that. I trim because when I started working out I wanted to see more definition and the progress I was making.
Keep my balls shaved and my pubes trimmed. Haven't trimmed my legs but I've thought about it. I tan a lot better too with the hair gone.
I take pride in my appearance and keeping myself looking the way I want to look, is one of my top three expenses. But I do it for me.
