There is a lot of evidence to suggest that the female hormone Progesterone is the most common hormone to be found in our immediate environment, food, drinking water etc. Here in Britain and Europe one of the biggest worries is the falling sperm counts in men and their feminisation. Increased instances of male breast cancer, obesity, genital malformation and so on.
Two more thoughts, I remember the agony of changing in front of my peers at school, being about the only cut guy in school made me very shy. I am convinced that the extra skin form a foreskin makes the flaccid penis look bigger and makes the knob end look bigger. In a hot shower when the skin all goes slack in the warm water uncut cocks can look enormous and theuy appear to hang low but it is the skin and not the knob that is hanging lower. In respect to the evolution argument I am surprised that no one has mentioned slavery. Owners of any stock animal manage them by selective breeding to get the desired characteristics. Beef cattle, race horses, pedigree dogs, cats etc.

It is thought this is where the legend of black men having huge dicks comes from as well as the paranoia about black men wanting to rape white slave owners' women, later broadened out to include all white women, comes from.
Slave owners actively competed to have the most endowed male slaves. Slave owners were not squemish about nudity as they did not regard their slaves as human. To sell a man you would strip him to show off his physique and stud qualities. As ever a large penis meant fertile and masculine, ideal characteristics.
Masculinity was also dangerous, however, and needed to be kept under tight control, hence the harshness and brutality needed to keep men in check.
Selective breeding accelerates change. If you stop selectively breeding any species and allow chance to do the selection it quickly reverts to its original ancestral average state. Dogs revert to wolf like animals and cats become feral, horses become hairier and smaller, right down to Lettuce reverting to being a straggly weed and black men having average sized penises again. (This does depend on the size of the available gene pool, hence Jamaican men seem to still have the biggest penises as they are living on a relatively small island).
White men have not been used for slavery in the same way so overall the average has remained the same.
I also support the skinny youth with a big dick turning into a middle aged man with most of the dick hidden under fat, argument. If you want a bigger dick don't pull on it or go snipping round the tendons at the base with a scalpel, lose weight. Simple.
