Yeah it's one thing to talk about details about sex and fun stuff and I do that but yeah serious stuff if it would upset him if I talked about it then I don't.

It also might depend on if there's other issues of if the person sharing info needs the help/assistance of his/her friends. It may be embarrassing to have personal details shared, but I wouldn't fault my significant other for relying on their friends for help if it's needed.
