After being introduced to pumping back in the early 90's, I dabbled here and there but was never consistent. I've been pumping regularly now for the last several years and have made pretty good gains. While I can't attribute all of my increases solely to pumping, it's my primary means of PE now and it's become an addiction for me. I love it.

I work from home so I'm able to pump every single day (sometimes I'm able to get in multiple sessions). I love everything about it - the way the vacuum stretch feels, the way it pumps me up, the heaviness of my package after a good session. I rarely have opportunity to pump before sex but my girlfriend has been nothing but complimentary about my gains (although she doesn't know I pump, she does know that I engage in some form of PE).

I initially began pumping only a few years ago as a way to increase my overall girth from a conical shape to a more even full length girth.

It is gradually working, but has become an addiction and taken me away from my use of an extender to add a few more inches of length.

How long does the effect lasts?

When I stop PE of any kind, over a months time my BPEL will lose close to 1/2 inch, my girth flaccid drops substantially, but my erect girth stays about the same.
