Kane is guilty of state charges, not federal charges. Obama has no jurisdiction to pardon her. She's a nutcase. Despite her resigning, the state legislature is moving to impeach her so as to prevent her from holding any other political office in the future.

One of two possibilities. Either she is just another lying politician that was trying to get out of trouble with the Feds OR the concussion was far worse than was reported. .

If it is the ladder then she must admit to being an incompetent brain damaged woman that is easily confused and can't quite remember if she was Secretary of State at some point in her life. Which would mean that she is mentally unfit for the office she is running for.

If it's the former then she lied to the FBI. If that is the case then she will have to admit that she lied to the FBI, that she intentionally removed/stole classified material from the State department, and destroyed public records to try and cover up her actions. In which case, the justice department would have no choice but to file chargers against her, as their reason for not doing so was the lack of intent, and she would receive the same punishment that everyone else who has done what she did meaning a minimum of 2 years in prison or a hefty fine and lose of all credibility over national security matters labeling her a fundamental threat to national security if allowed access to classified information again. Again, making her unfit for the office she is running for.

Either she's a lawyer who broke they law OR an invalid grandmother who lacks the mental competency to perform the duties of the President. Hillary has done more damage to her own campaign than Trump ever could have. If she was telling the truth to the FBI then Trump is now the more stable of the two. How the hell did that happen??? This cycle is insane.
