I think women do care about penis size but not as much as men. There is some fascinating research which suggests that in societies without prearranged marriages, in which women choose, penis size tends to vary more than in societies in which arrange marriage is the norm or in which women don't date serially. The idea is that women do act to naturally select big or small penises.
