seems like women get their labiaplasty and boob augmentation but theres really nothing for the penis. Do you think that will change in the future? theres nothing minimal for the penis its either an implant or a blown out silicone injection that looks like the dick got slammed in a car door:eek:

I asked a similar question earlier too, I didn't realize i posted it in the wrong section. I was more curious about current results and how good they are with penile implants, how long do silicone injections last?

There is actually lengthening surgery where the surgeon snips the ligament attached to pubic bone allowing more of the inner penis out, and results vary from about 1 to 2 inches. There is also dermal fat injections, more involved and more expensive, for added girth.

The penis is an incredibly complex organ and any of the techniques used are minimally succuessful, and have plenty of negative consequences. Plus, penile cosmetic surgery is nowhere NEAR as "approved" or vetted by the association of cosmetic surgeons because the consequences often far outweigh the benefits. Plus, the surgeries are like 10 times the cost of most other cosmetic procedures. I suspect all these things are the main reasons.

I feel the same. My hope is that at some point they discover how to make (parts of) the body susceptible to growth hormones again. Or maybe something with stem cells.

Not gonna look for it right now but a few weeks back I read that scientists have found a way to switch the regrowth of organisms parts on and off in plants (possibly mice, dont remember). Which was very well possible to do the same in humans (our switch is off, except for your nails and wounds) so we could maybe regrow fingers etc..

When I read these things I think it might very well be possible (someday) to get the body to make the penis grow again, naturally.

Awesome to fantasize about. Some injection or pill that tells your body to go back to puberty growth for lets say 6 months, just for your genitals. Just take another shot/pill if after 6 months you're still not happy.

Just think of how relaxed all the men in the world must feel when they all have the penis they want....

The gender reassignment procedures are done because that's the persons last option for that certain situation. Only when all methods are exhausted (which isn't much if you were born as the "wrong" gender) is that drastic of a surgery performed.

I'm sure if there were tons of volunteers who didn't mind the possibility of losing their penis there would be more leaps and bounds in the subject. But imagine if something so elective goes wrong? Do you really want to become impotent?

It might be for the best. I could easily see a distopian future where the human is dying out because every man has a massive 2 foot dick that won't fit in any woman.

Won't happen. There will always be men who notice this and get a smaller penis so all the woman have sex with them instead.

Evolution baby.

Instead pouring tens of thousands down the drain for botched penis enlargement surgeries, men should pool that cash and crowdfund penis enlargement research by brilliant doctors and researchers.

A motivated group of scientists could deliver a safe, effective, and permanent solution for the benefit of men (and pussy) all over the globe, for all time. Lets get this shit done, men!

Some time ago I operated a Yahoo group that became a resource group for a large number of men disfigured by male enhancement surgical procedures.

I would agree with many that one would think that procedures over time would in fact improve an results would do likewise. This did not turn out to be the case at all with male enhancement procedures.

I have written volumes on this subject on this board on previous occasions. I would suggest using the search feature in this regard.

In the end the ones that have really started to bring an end to these procedures are medical malpractice insurance providers. It can cost a current PE surgeon over $110,000 per year in the United States to bind coverage.

Many of the other procedures which implant external substances are now also under the scrutiny of the FDA.

I am a firm believer that if research not motivated by pure greed took place that safe an successful procedures would over time result in every man's dream.

Right now these procedures are little more than spinning a roulette wheel with the future of your penis. I have had the misfortune to see some horrific train wrecks and these men were permanently damaged and by a large variety of Surgeons from both the United States and foreign countries.

At this time the greatest percentage of all male enhancement procedures deteriorate over time even if they start out good and this results in additional painful expensive surgery and extended recovery times with potential permanent damage.

There IS lots of men's surgical, but it's not noticeable unless we take off our pants. It's obvious when women get boob implants but the only one who knows about dick implants are other guys (and the women they get, of course).

Beverly Hills Surgical has a huge wait list... just sayin'

There are two primary "enhancement" procedures. For length, the suspensory ligaments are cut, letting the part of the penis that is inside the body "hang out". This results in usually, at MAXIMUM 1" additional length, and the penis will always have the downward curve. This is best case scenario, and in many cases results in impotence, or sometimes LESS length than before the procedure. For girth, some of the persons own fat is removed and injected. Rarely anymore, is silicon injected, due to the negative effects of silicon in the body. The fat eventually is reabsorbed by the body, and while it is in effect, often has a lumpy disproportionate distribution. Again, these are best case scenarios for costs of around $100,000. This is elective surgery and is never covered by any insurance (unless some guys very rich and has VERY good insurance. :p). Do the research yourself, and then make your own judgements.

The new question is....how RICH would i become if i started my own practice? to slightly augment the penis for men who want maybe a testicle lift, remove circumsicion scar etc. Anotherwords like labiaplasty for women, bring procedures to men to have a nicer looking penis. i would be a rich man.
