How exactly is it bullshit? We're in no position to judge as you haven't told us the size of your member, and you're in no position to judge unless what is 'too large' unless you've been on the recieving end of anal sex yourself.

It's true that with a lot of foreplay and preparation your partner could ( probably ) anally accomidate more than she expects, but there is definitely an upper limit so if you're talking around a size of 11" it shouldn't be any great surprise that she refuses out of fear.

From where I stand, and from what you've told us, you're going about this the wrong way.
