Anyway, this is simple. A cock has a lot of hot blood VERY close to the surface. Because of this, it's very warm. However, a vagina has a lot of blood that's very close to the surface, except on the inside of a vagina, the heat is coming in from ALL sides, and unless you're the loosest of prostitutes, the area inside of the vagina doesn't often make much contact with the cool outside air, so the surface doesn't cool off too much.

I don't really see how you couldn't figure this out with your own logic.
