Why was dxjnorto banned?

Friends of mine here have been temp banned for mistaking the place for Facebook and trying to post their family pics here. He knew better by now-- under 18 and these galleries and links do not mix.

Oh and like Meg I have had gormless idiots ask me about my son's penis-- it's simple to reply that he's grown and I have no idea since he quit wearing diapers sixteen years back.

It was obviously for objective use, he used it in speaking about circumcision, so would any medical institution. This is not being used for porn, it is not considered as 'pedophillic material' in any other institution, and thus i think that we may need to excuse him for this material and merely ask him to not post it again as it may be unmanageable on a site as large as this one. I know what the rule says, but I also know the intent and what lead to this rule, and as to those factors there is nothing illegit with what he posted. Therefor please excuse him this once

Regardless of his intent, this site has clearly stated rules he chose to ignore. He was, quite generously, warned the FIRST time he posted it, and he made the very bad decision to do it again. Therefore, he can't be excused for such a transgression in my book.

Hopefully in his time away he can study debate tactics and not drive the rest of us absolutely nutters the next time a circumcision thread pops up!

I stay clear of the circ threads because it's like discussing what the weather was like 25-50 years ago: truly pointless.
