Because she is pretty and hot--- but her pitbull brain has trouble answering questions so she lets her lipstick do her talking--not a bad idea. It seems to be working! Keep it up Miss Pitbull with Lipsick! I've even heard she is in negotiations to get out of the ONE debate she was to have. I will be made it would of been some of the best comedy since Jerry Lewis stopped making movies.:biggrin1::smile::tongue::wink::biggrin1::smile:

The reason President Obama doesn't do town halls is really pretty simple. Candidates for Mayor do town hall meetings! HE'S NOT RUNNING FOR MAYOR OF A TOWN. He's running for President! Thats pretty simple!

Of course it's with Charlie Gibson, he should be on Fox he's so in love with McCain. It will not be a sit down interview where the reporter asks hard questions. It's going to be Charlie Gibson following Governor Palin in Alaska as she goes about her duties. She will take a "few" questions from him along the way. I expect it to be a "Lifetime" bio-pic.

the fact that she is completely vacant when it comes to national politics? did you see the list of questions the Alaska Herald had ready for her? If she actually goes out and gives a fair, unscripted interview to the mainstream media she would actually have to answer some of these questions. I'm sure they will buckle eventually, and she will simply answer questions using random republican talking points that dont even relate to the question but, it's pretty plain and simple why.

Yes Gibson cannot even jokingly be called a 'journalist'. He's the one who asked Obama "I want to know if you believe in the American flag?" Gibson defended the question by pointing out that such queries were "all over the Internet." So the standard is now 'it's all over the internet'. If that's the case he should have a shitload of questions for Palin.

    * You have been skeptical that global warming is caused by humans. On what basis do you reject the scientific consensus that fossil fuels and human activity have contributed to climate change?

    * You asked the librarian in your town about the policy for banning books. Are there books you think should be kept from the public?

    * You have claimed credit for killing the "bridge to nowhere," the $398-million link between Ketchikan and Gravina Island. Didn't you support it until it was clear Congress was not willing to pay for the much-ridiculed project?

    * You have said students should be allowed to "debate both sides" of evolution. Should creationism be taught alongside evolution in the public schools? Do you believe in evolution?

Anyone who is on this board that supports Sarah Palin is a nothing more than a hypocrite. Your on a porn board. If Palin had her way this would be banned and you'd be sent to jail just for viewing it. This woman wanted to ban books she found offensive. Can you say fascist?

I remeber the last time I made fun of a persons name. I believe I was in first grade. The name your parents gave you is your name and your job is to be proud of it. DO you see all of the people named George ashamed of their name? After all George is the name of one of the most deeply hated, despised and unpopular people in the world and probably of all time history will show.

That's a pretty highfalutin word 'fascist'. We just want low gas prices and family values. Why can't you liberal elitists understand that?

Well, that would be a conflict of interest for OW ? Why would Oprah have Palin on her show ? She couldn't possibly be as entertaining as, say Tom Cruise ? Besides, the timing is all wrong on this, Dr. Phil is no longer there to psycho analyze her at the same time that Oprah would grill her on her stances. Maybe Palin would just want to receive one of those nifty little gifts Oprah's sponsors give out to the audience, you know, like the home movie camcorders the rest of us have to pay good coin for ?

I see. So you need to be fully behind each and every issue that the vice presidential candidate stands for - or in other words, a clone of the vice presidential candidate.

I've not been introduced yet to that voting standard. Thanks for the insight.

Family values? Oh that must be some other John McCain who in his own words was a total complete failure with his family --he was a self professed womanizer and party animal till his middle 50's. This is out of his own biography. And our pit bull with the knocked up unwed teen--well she had trouble leading and guiding her own daughter how can she lead a nation of millions and she failed leading her own daughter?

And conservatives have been so successful at delivering those things? If you think President Bush could or would do anything to lower gas prices, then you're very naive. And I'm sure you were being a bit flip, but if you believe those "liberal elitists" (whoever they are) are capable of depriving you of "family values", then you haven't seen them in action.

As for family values, the red states have higher rates of divorce and out-of-wedlock pregnancy. That's what I call leadership.

The longer she waits the more buzz there is. Journalists are climbing the walls like a kid Christmas Eve. Brilliant!
