It looks like Brazilians are thickening their penises with a substance called PMMA. This PMMA is being used in Mexico and Brazil for cosmetic purposes, among others for Buttock Augmentation. A buddy of mine had it done in his calves, he is a bodybuilder and wanted a quick route to expanding his calves and he liked the results. This is done in a beauty clinic or by dermatologists, at a low cost, and safe way.

    Anybody knows anything about it?

Its a Polimer, similar to those fillers used to fill wrinkles on the face. Do a google search por PMMA and you will find more.

Look Interesting, would be interesting to see results of clinical trials and to know if it is FDA approved

FDA approved? That takes a couple of decades at least. Its approved, but noy in the USA. Its being used for cosmetic purposes elsewhere for more than ten years already.
