I would say that there is some inexplicable chemistry there that might be the formula for dynamite. In my entire life, I have never, ever experienced an erection of my own, nor seen one on another male, in any locker-room, ever. For the sake of preventing what could be a messy situation I tend to think you should take the conservative approach that this fellow suggests. Though I have never had an oppertunity to get naked with any of my employees I would concider this a very sticky subject since in todays "politicaly correct" society all you have to do is make a subordinate employee feel uncomfortable to have a sexual harrassment suit brought against you.
