Bottom line is, I don't think the average Joe has anything to fear from it and I, personally, would rather these agencies being on top of some devious plot of terrorism rather than being taken completely unawares.

Not only that, but that mainstream media gets an EXTRA $160,000,000 over two years to "proactively advance fact-based narratives that support United States allies and interests"... $80 million every year for two years buys A LOT OF NEWS.
Is this money being put in envelopes and spread to "friendly" journalists so they can spread "fact-based narratives that support the US and it's interests"? Or is it being given straight to the editors so they can shape an "atmosphere" where propaganda is disseminated as news and journalists
