A Brit only thread, inflammatory and part of my school psychology project

A GAY man ridiculed in "offensive and homophobic" graffiti on toilet walls at work has won 17,000 pounds in compensation . Chris Martin ,32, launched a claim for sexual harassment and constructive dismissal when he was forced to leave his quality assurance job at Parkam Foods factory in Liversedge, West Yorkshire.
Mr Martin said managers made him "feel like a piece of dirt" when he pursued his claim.
An end to workplace bullying or just a beginning ?

Cheers. You can't believe what I have endured at work from my boss. Very difficult situation. Glad someone has the legal side for once.

Have you had union backing ? Try personnel ...
Previously, trade unions didn't want to know but now (by law) they have to ...
Homophobia can be less blatant ; annual reports marking staff down as having "poor relationships with others", etc.
It was only when I left work that I was told what a valued member of staff I was ?!!
