Can anyone give me some tips on how i can orgasm easier in other positions than just my back? During sex it is basically the only way i have managed to do it.

Jerking off, i can come standing up sometimes but it is a chore as well as on my knees.

A few times, i have used anal toys and have been able to cum standing up or sitting down while banging/getting head.

I guess it is just hard for me to orgasm, if i get on my back and tense my body up it is the only sure fire way to do it.

I find it VERY hard and literally impossible to ejaculate or have an orgasm on my back, lying down, or even sitting upright in a chair.
