It means two things :-
Firstly that I've never had sex with a stranger, casually met or picked-up. I have known all my partners, in some way or other, before sex took place; knew them as more than just 'sexual objects' ........ and knew that they were sexually safe - from STDS and pregnancy.
Secondly that they did come back, not only for seconds, but many times, until the 'attraction' mutually faded. Some lasting for weeks/months and some still continuing years after the first time ....... ending or continuing as 'friends'.
