This is like reading about getting kicked in the balls but worse. At the very least getting kicked in the balls doesn't involved protrusion.

Ditto. I know a woman who had a bad case of bronchitis a few years ago and during a particularly bad coughing fit dislodged her uterus. She ended up having an emergency hysterectomy.:frown1:
