I am so tired of this male obsession with squirting. I help hundreds of people a week find the perfect sex toy. I've had so many women come in feeling inadequate because their man is putting so much pressure on them to squirt. They hope I can sell them a magical toy that will make them feel like a functional woman. Honestly very few of my customers admit to squirting. But I've had to explain to men that this phenomenon showed up in porn and now it's every guys benchmark to feeling like a good lover.

I'm so glad my husband has never made me feel obligated to squirt. He's witness to my orgasms and knows without a doubt when it happens. He doesn't need a female form of ejaculate to confirm it.

We sell a pill that is supposed to help a woman squirt. It's bullshit because a lot of women have reported it didn't work for them. Oddly enough the instructions for the pill includes drinking 2 full glasses of water.

I hope the squirting fad passes. Sadly it will be replaced by something else that women feel pressured to do in order to have an orgasm taken seriously.

Squirting will get replaced by shirting. It's like squirting, but out the back end signifying an extra massively powerful orgasm that causes the unloading of the bowels.

If only because I haven't replied to myself enough times in a row, someone mentioned it a while back, but England banned squirting scenes altogether from porn. http://www.cosmopolitan.com/sex-love/news/a33796/the-uk-just-banned-a-lot-of-sex-acts/

While I wish I could give dudes the benefit of the doubt about how they take this stuff in, I think in the long term that kind of censorship is the best because guys are fucking stupid.

Japan's also responsible for a lot of dumbasses who think that if they push hard and deep enough, their penis will sneak through the cervix and into a woman's womb.

Fake cumshots in porn are becoming more and more common as well (to the point that I see a lot of fakery in amateur vids as well). As fantasy, it's fun to think about all this stuff, but so many guys take it as reality and then develop all these weird hangups about either their performance or their partner's.

I had a guy roughly finger me and it was uncomfortable. But it was way more uncomfortable when 5 seconds in he said "squirt for me baby!" Needless to say that was an instant vaginal desiccant.

Yes, everyone laying into me is right and I deserve it.

I'm so sorry I didn't even see into which forum I was posting. I only saw the username iliketowatch which is uncannily similar to mine and both in melbourne. Not sure how I can take it down on mobile

I can and do squirt, but I still can't do it on purpose or on demand. Also it's probably not something you can learn to do. Men are weird.

@swoon I never actually knew that was a real thing - have never encountered it... pretty cool that you do it - does it feel different then when you don't do it or does it happen whenever you orgasm?

I've noticed a particular kind of stimuli will do it for me, but it isn't a guaranteed "do x, and y will happen". Still kinda a crap shoot, in my experiences.

So @Fade I asked @swoon the same question - does it feel different when it does happen - better worse or just different?

For me it's a different kind of orgasm. Clitoral orgasms for different than penetration orgasms too. They're all good in different ways. Clitoral I can only have one, basically. I get hyper sensitive where stimuli is just a really unpleasant kind of pain. Penetration I can have lots of orgasms, back to back, close succession, etc. Same for squirting. I've had them where I had enough liquid gush to where a skirt, panties, a blanket, and two sheets were all damp.

I want to never squirt just to spite men :p
I've lost count of the number of men I've dated (and on here) who's asked me "can you squirt?". I don't understand what the obsession is with it, I really don't.

I had a boyfriend once who tried multiple times to make me squirt (obviously not my idea). It just was uncomfortable and got too much and when I felt like I needed to pee I was like "nope... we're done".

In the vein of guys who believe everything they see in porn, there are guys who believe everything they read on the internet.

And thus is born a generation of men who think that squirting is a sign of the ultimate G-spot orgasm and that there is a technique to making any woman squirt. And so they go out there convinced that if they're not making a woman squirt, they're not doing it right.

It's incredibly stupid, but such is the state of our sexual education system (or lack thereof).
