OK, ready for another chapter? LOL!

Had a wonderful weekend with a costume party and just spending time together at home. And we talked about this thread with a chuckle at how much life it's taken on. But then came confession time, sort of. Every hair on my neck stood on end while he was talking because I remember the circumstances crystal clear.

This summer we spent time at Ormond Beach, which is north of Daytona. We were seriously lounging on the beach just doing a lot of nothing. Cap said he needed to go and get his visor out of the car. He headed straight for the outdoor shower to wash the sand off his legs and flip flops. This older woman was waiting next to the shower, presumably to rinse herself off. But then she asked him "care to share a looky-loo!"

He said he wasn't sure what she asked but thought he did, and he was dumbfounded and didn't answer. Then he said she hooked her fingers on her top but didn't pull it and said "you know, a peek," and he said she nodded at his trunks. Cap wears very, very baggy trunks as he's quite embarrassed if anything, and I mean anything shows. I can only imagine that his soaked trunks were pretty form-fitting, but I'm just guessing now.

Well, apparently neither of them showed anything and I was surprised that he was back from the car so soon and I didn't even notice he didn't have his visor. I really wasn't paying too much attention, but he said something about crazy people and he was angry.

I saw the woman when she passed by because she had a red one-piece with a gorgeous floral wrap that I immediately coveted. She was quite attractive, and I imagined her to be in her 50s, I guess. At the time I didn't realize that his "crazy people" talk was aimed at her. She seemed normal to me and even smiled when she passed by. Now I'm all freaked out about the smile.

Coming on strong? Hah, yeah, I'd say so! I would never, ever have the gall to approach anyone like that, and now I want to know what her story was.

Oh, and looky-loo??? What is that all about? To me a looky-loo is one of those people who drop by open houses just to look but no intention of buying. Wondering if she was just interested in looking?

OK, I'm going to drop it. Got it posted and out of my system for now, but boy howdy, some people!
