The way to settle this once and fall all is to insert a foley catheter into a squirter before sex, and collect any liquid that comes forth. If no liquid is collected yet squirting occured anyway, SP and others supporting this thread are proved wrong.
Having said this, you should have the appropiate medical training to inflate a foley as there is a risk of inflating the foley's bladder before it has passed into the human bladder.

My two cents: Women do squirt. I don't think that's even debatable. The real question is whether or not it's of some special sexual nature or if it's loss of bladder control. Personally I'm inclined to believe it's loss of bladder control. But when it happens, it's still a woman squirting.
