I find it funny or actually a bit weird how many members that have been here for 1 or 2 years already and have a low post count, all of a sudden appear in the women's issue forum to post something negative towards women......

When I got my heavy earth moving tickets my tester, (who tested machinery operators at most of the large mine sites) said that the majority of mines he tests at prefer women operators for their machinery.
Why?
Because he said that women noticed changes in the engines, made sure their machine was put into the workshop for scheduled preventative maintenance and actually carried out the mandatory service checks and were generally treated the machine with more respect.
They also had a better safety record than the men.
Just for the record my heavy earth moving tickets I have and actually learned on and operate are...
Bulldozer - CAT D9 & Cat D6
Loader - CAT 988
Forklift Truck - 10t Hyster.
Gantry Crane with remote - 25t+
Dump Truck - CAT 50t.
My personal safety record is blemish free.
