Without being there, or at least knowing all of the "facts" it's hard to have an opinion set in stone, however I will say that too many people out there think that they can do what they want, because the consequences are so minor. Slap on the wrist, pay a little fine, etc. No big, right?
IF example "A" - woman was legitimately be harrassed, made her displeasure, uncomfortableness, etc., known, and the guy just wouldn't stop? Sorry, learned your lesson the hard way, buddy.
^^^btw...based on experience, I tend to lean this way^^^
but IF example "B" - everybody was playing around, woman was truley not in distress, and just did it for who knows why, then she needs severely punished for the mutilation.
I'm sure that both sides will be said in court as "truth".
