although i wouldn't be molesting anyone no matter what in the first place, that is terrible that someone suffers permanent damage and possible sterilization for getting a little tipsy and trying to touch a titty.

Ok, I can see him not panicking when she doused his rod in alcohol, he might have been thinking she was going to lick it off, but why in the hell did he stay still when a flame appeared?

I don't care how drunk you are, that connection should be made pretty quickly.

Ah the guy was publicly exposing himself he should of expected a range of responses: ranging from polite laughter to extreme reactions. In this case getting torched.

]"Girls gone wild"Should also have their bits lit on fire!Turn about is fair play![/B]
1) That was an extreme and inappropriate reaction. :yikes:
2) Men LOVE seeing random tits flashed.
3) Women rarely if ever, love seeing a random penis flashed at them.

Without being there, or at least knowing all of the "facts" it's hard to have an opinion set in stone, however I will say that too many people out there think that they can do what they want, because the consequences are so minor. Slap on the wrist, pay a little fine, etc. No big, right?

IF example "A" - woman was legitimately be harrassed, made her displeasure, uncomfortableness, etc., known, and the guy just wouldn't stop? Sorry, learned your lesson the hard way, buddy.
^^^btw...based on experience, I tend to lean this way^^^

but IF example "B" - everybody was playing around, woman was truley not in distress, and just did it for who knows why, then she needs severely punished for the mutilation.

I'm sure that both sides will be said in court as "truth".

He acted crudely and offensively, and "exposed himself".

She MAIMED him in return.

If someone who is drunk calls you a name and gropes you, are you within your rights to slice their face with a razor?

If someone breaks your wrist, is it okay to gouge out their eye?

Her response was not measured.
It was excessive and it was criminally negligent in regards to potential consequences.

Would she accept equality in return?
That is, she can rudely embarrass him and grope him, and he gets to set her cunt on fire?

Sorry.

Not funny, Not okay.
They BOTH should get prosecuted...
he deserves a month in the slammer-
She deserves a year and to pay all medical costs.

its only because he is a horny GUY doing this. if a horny woman exposed herself and started groping me, not only would i feel like i won the lottery but if i set her body ON FIRE, i would get many years behind bars.

You can hardly blame the guy for thinking it's the height of fashion over there.
