So I was just wondering how you guys felt about women being required to wear uniforms designed for men. The exact same company makes identical counterparts for women, but they aren't an option. This is from head to toe, shoes, slacks, and shirts.

What do you guys think? Sexist? How do you think men would react if they were sized for the women's garments?

Apparently laziness, and yeah we ladies look sloppy in our ill fitting clothes. I've asked about it and everyone but the other chicks in uniform think I'm crazy.

I never thought of it before, but yes, it's totally sexist to base a unisex uniform on clothes designed for men. And come to think of it, when I've see women wearing those shirt-pants-and-tie uniforms, like at the post office, on some subconscious level it makes me sad.

One in a hundred might like it out of perversity the rest would hate it.
I haven't worn a uniform since I left school and I have no plans to start wearing one now.

I don't think I could do it. I try to wear my husband's shirts, but it's maddening having the buttons on the wrong side.

Why not make the uniforms for women and have the men wear them?
