A Girth Sizer is a makeshift " Cock Ring" made out of leather and has several snaps as to accomedate different girth sizes. I used to hate home Ec class in highschool (you know where students learned to cook and sew and all that bullshit...)

AnyHoo they taught us to sew, including leather, hence I stiched numbers corresponding to different girths on the Make shift "girth sizer".
