If you encountered a nice guy with a package that was discolored like this but otherwise normal (large-ish, hard, functional etc.), would you care?

(These pics aren't of me-- I'm not ready for that step yet.)

The condition is called vitiligo. It has no effects other than the discoloration itself and psychological upset that goes with it.

Most people who have heard of it have heard of it because of Michael Jackson (his skin color change started as Vitiligo, in patches, and then he had himself bleached when it got out of control). It is very noticeable, because my skin is dark. It is not contagious, though.

Welcome to the site first....I know I'm not a woman, but I wouldn't think there should be any qualms about the pigmentation of the skin on a cock. As long as it functions and is disease free, why does it matter

Dude, it's vitiligo, not leprosy. I've never been with a man who had it but I don't think it would bother me. I'm more bothered by the fact all of the pictures you posted are of flaccid penises. Does vitiligo affect a man's libido?

At first sight i would be a little concerned, but if he assured me it wasn't harmful then i think id like playing with something new and different.

Agree

Not a female, but I don't think most women or men would really care. It's NOT contagious. It's sort of like a "reverse freckle" (I know not really but putting it in dumbed down terms). It might take a lil getting used to in all honesty but it wouldn't be repulsive or such.

Does the dick get hard? does it make u go ohhhh and your partner go ahhhhh? well nothing to worry about then :)

I'm sorry you have the condition. It can cause havoc with people's emotional states though :( Saw on youtube a tv news person has it. He's black and large parts of his face and hands are depigmented causing those areas look white.

I think most pictures of erections are from porn. Not too many guys with funny looking dicks are doing porn. (All dicks are basically funny looking, though.)

I misread your post at first, though. Thought you wrote "Dude, it's not vitiligo, it's leprosy". I imagined the OP freaking out when he read that.

I had a boyfriend whose cock was 2 tone.... but only because he was really dark skinned and a grower rather than a shower, the skin that appeared once he was hard was really pink... didn't bother me a bit.

If I'm going to be getting intimate with a guy, I'll already have decided I really like him, so a thing like that won't bother me!

If you look at my pics, you can just make out a patch of vitiligo on the shaft. That was my natural penis skin colour. It was variously patchy and spotty from 16-25, and everyone loved it. Never a negative comment, so I learnt to cope OK.

Well, I'm feeling better. I had been diagnosed with vitiligo last year. 3 lovely polka dots on my nice cock. My dermatologist gave me Protopic ointment and it's darkening 2 of the 3 spots. kindof. It has fucked with my libido a bit. I can't not think about it when I'm touching myself in fun ways.
I guess a little more time (and the above positive comments..thank you all ) I'll get used to it.

To those who have vitiligo... do you have it anywhere else?

I'm asking because it's made me wonder if/why the skin of the penis seems more predisposed to have it

I had morphea on my forehead years ago and have to keep it covered from the sun( hence the had or bandanas). look up coup de sabre. luckly it was caught and stopped early in me. still though I haven't pigment near my hairline. It's an overactive immune system response. Not too unlike lupis.
anyone else?
