I'm not going to detail
personal experiences here but I can comment on what I've heard during several conversations on the subject amongst women in the workplace or out socially.
Some women have taken the "not me" standpoint with a few saying "disgusting" or similar. The majority though, seemed to have either tried it or been interested to know more from those who have.
Those who have indulged seem to like it ALOT and most have said it is only something that happens when they are already VERY aroused. One said that after her third orgasm her husband would have cum himself, but they liked to continue with "hand play" (as she called it) until he was ready for more. None of those who participated suggested they had difficulties with "tightness" when it came to intercourse or any lack of sensitivity on their own part. If anything they appeared to be the more sexually active and liberated ones who reported experience.
It was also notable that of those who expressed distaste, most were young and inexperienced themselves. The more grown up ladies there were the ones with the experience of hand play or the curiosity.
Personally it's not something I find disgusting, but nor is it a turn on for me. If my lady liked it (which she does not) I would indulge her and enjoy giving her pleasure, but I've no desire to do it for any personal gratification.
As to what would fit? Well there are alot of gay men who happily fit a fist up their arse so I'd think a vagina is much less of a challenge.
