Sounds like a body suit to me hunni, I don't particularly like them as my front bottom has a hunger to gobble up anything like that especially when taught like a body suit. Perhaps that is why so many superheroes have capes - very useful I imagine when discretely adjusting yourself. I can't think what else they might be for come to think of it.
