I know it is taboo to use the "c" word around women. Are there any other words or phrases that just make you so mad. Be honest..

I don't care for the "c" word either. Or the "t" word. And some other words are rude.

But I remember that I'm here as a member, but as a female, I'm also a 'guest'. This forum, perhaps other than this particular folder, is for the guys. And you don't have to pull your punches for fear that anyone will be offended. This is the place for frank discussion.

Actually, I love being called Baby. Don't know why, but that particular endearment makes me go weak in the knees.

Attitude. Don't EVER use the word around a woman, guys.

Attitude is the name of the Goddess of Superciliousness, who declared that only man can have an attitude.

Attitude is best defined as what a man has when he disagrees with a woman.

OUCH! Personally, I think "Babe" sounds a bit demeaning, well, if it's between two people OK, but in public sounds a little naff to me.

You're right. I agree. "Babe" from some guy who barely knows a lady IS demeaning. "Baby" from someone who knows and cares for her is different. IMHO

jerkin4-10: my wife has a 'thing' about...bitch...even in a moment of passion...she will just stop and say..'dont call me bitch'..
and anyone that doesnt know us...thats probably weird...because of the funny things we call each other... the playful talk we have...i never have felt the need to go any further than that out of respect for my life partner and the mother of my 2 beautiful daughters...
