Now with the coronavirus all the gyms are closed. I have a treadmill at home so i can juse that.
But i wonder if any of you have tips for training and food.
(I know i said in a different thread that many guys on instagram give tips)
When i look at my body i can tell that i have the genes but not the will to dive into training. My partner is willing to lose weigth and workout with me but we love food

What can we do so that instead of sitting down we start work out? Any tips and tricks?
I work untill 5.30 am and then the will is very low to start working out.
I would love to get a bit more muscle, (a sixpack would be nice
) because now i still look like a twinkie.
At the moment i weigh 71 kg. So tips and tricks are welcome.
