Work Out Tips.

Hey everyone,

Now with the coronavirus all the gyms are closed. I have a treadmill at home so i can juse that.
But i wonder if any of you have tips for training and food.
(I know i said in a different thread that many guys on instagram give tips)
When i look at my body i can tell that i have the genes but not the will to dive into training. My partner is willing to lose weigth and workout with me but we love food :D.
What can we do so that instead of sitting down we start work out? Any tips and tricks?

I work untill 5.30 am and then the will is very low to start working out.
I would love to get a bit more muscle, (a sixpack would be nice :D) because now i still look like a twinkie.
At the moment i weigh 71 kg. So tips and tricks are welcome.

hardest part about no gym is being alone and following through with a workout. Working out in a facility with people around has always been a great motivator for me much like sports.
