    I've started doing a lot of biking, etc lately, and as a result, am getting past 13 again when fully hard a lot more easily.

    Not sure if it's blood flow or just basic confidence (I don't care how huge my cock is, I won't get dates if I'm out of shape). But I'm letting friends measure me again. :cool:

    Cardiovascular exercise is designed get the blood pumping around the body to all parts, which improves blood circulation in the long run which might be one of the reason's you feel your erection is harder (and longer). Plus your confidence may also aide in your believe that you have a bigger erection. But I think your date-able just the way you are.:biggrin1:

    I've noticed increased vascularity, too. The big dorsal vein is even bigger and more noticeable on me, now, even while flaccid. I've started doing crunches, so I guess those cound as abdominal exercises.
