Gym shorts, open side tank, socks, sneakers, no underwear.
My only addition is a jockstrap.
I end my workout with a session of core training and stretching. Would end up exposing myself if I wore nothing.

Wow, seems that freeballing it the norm...
No sure about open side tshirts...maybe when Ill be more muscular...

What are you thinking about compression pants?
Do NOT freeball. Do not.
Be a man and get a jockstrap and wear it with pride in the locker room.

I’m not in an outfit. Just Shorts, sleeveless t, athletic shoes. I see the muscled guys wearing tights now. They look sexy but when your muscled up you can wear anything.

I am not that muscular and a little over weight.
Still wear open side tanks to keep from getting too hot.

I wear loose shorts, supportive underpants, and close-fitting t-shirts. 100% cotton is by far the most comfortable fabric, but unfortunately it doesn't stay close to the body and gets in the way.

Short sleeve t-shirt, gym shorts, boxerbriefs, ankle socks, running shoes. In the cooler months, long sleeve t-shirt and track pants. I have 3 pair of compression shorts, but think that they are overkill for what I do. I'd rather wear something looser.

Andrew: good luck with your workouts. The most important thing is to do it, not so much what you wear.
