    Hey, I just a weight bench and some runnnks!ing shoes. My bench is adjustable. I have 20, 25, 30, and 35 pound dumbells.
    I used to be in pretty good shape, but recently I have gotten lazy. Im hoping that somebody can help me design a workout?

    Im 6'2 180 if that helps at all.
