I'll try the heavy metal workout playlist on Spotify. On the days I'm in a foul mood (seems to be all days lately) I hit Hatebreed, Slayer or anything with a driving beat that urges one to destroy.
Then I listen to trance on the treadmill during cooldown. lol
I heard this old song and it stuck in my head. I bought it and used is for a short intense cardio / Kata session I did with practice swords. If you can match the rhythm it is Awsum
I'm not a huge rap/hip-hop fan, but some of the better-known rap tracks with a good throb beat are great for staying on task. "Run This Town" (Kanye/Jay-Z/Rihanna) is the best example.
