    Arctic Monkeys, Sum41, Linkin Park, Millencollin. I like short, high-energy songs for working out.

    I'm going to have to check that thread out nudey :smile:

    Omg, our Y plays the most lame music over the PA System :mad:.

    I'm pretty much able to ignore it, but being a music buff, it drives AM bonkers, lol

    edit: I've always thought theme songs from fighter/hero type action movies would be the best when lifting...i.e Rocky movies, etc

    See, I am always looking for suggestions because with my current music library, I've kinda burnt myself out. I recently cleared about 1200 songs, so I'm down to just about 10000 songs. I'm going to be beefing up my workout music. Thanks for the link nudeyorker.
