    I want to get into shape, but I don't even know where to start...

    as of now, I have little upper body strength, and my lower body isn't exactly spectacular...you can see my pics...

    any suggestions? any workouts that work well for you? i'm looking for big legs, and to flatten my stomach...i'm just kinda slowly working on my arms, but they're not super important to me...

    i don't want to be super-hero-strong...just toned :)

    Since I first learned to ride a bicycle, I've loved cycling. If you combine it with weight training, you'll be where you want to be. I used to run, and it did wonders for my body. Even though running is an amazing cardio exercise, it takes its toll on you joints when you get older. If you can afford it, get yourself a decent road bike and check out the world of cycling. It's a cardio exercise that you can do all your life, and it's so much fun to zip around and enjoy the fresh air outdoors instead of doing all of your exercise inside. Doing 25 and 50 mile event rides is a blast, and you meet other people who enjoy the same sport.

    Well the first thing to start on would be cardio do exercises that help wit that such as walking, jogging, running, basketball etc... This will help u burn the fat off ur abs an pecks and it will give ur legs and thighs some definition tone. Do some sit ups so to work out ur abs and also do some weight tranning cuz muscles burn fat. Good luck
