Bicycle curls are said to be the best ab work out. Then commit to endless cardio (jogging) and a good diet to get to about 0-3% body fat. You can curl and crunch a few thousand times a day, but constantly visible abs require low body fat.

Honestly, it doesn't really matter the actual workout. If you want muscles that show, you need to do some form of strength training, most popular and most effective would be weight training. That will build the muscle mass, and for the "tone" you need to do cardio, any form of cardio will do, running, biking, swimming. As long as you're sweating and burning calories.

But at the end of the day, if you want to have low body fat, you need to clean up your diet. How many meals a day do you eat? What are you eating? Online there are plenty of body builders who post their diets, look for a "cutting diet". It will most likely be high in protein, low in fat and high in nutrient dense foods.

It really doesn't matter what it is you are doing to work out, as long as you are pushing your body to the limit in whatever it is that you are doing you should be fine for workouts. Anyone who knows anything about body building will tell you about 90% of your success will come from what it is you put in your body.

(Just looked at the pictures)

That kid you posted is an Ectomorph, basically that means he has "skinny boy abs". Anyone who is an Ectomorph will tell you that they can basically eat anything they want and will still have muscle tone.

Wat kind of full body workout is good? Any routines to share?

Yeah, Carpe's right, that kind of body type is rare and you probably shouldn't expect yourself to fit it.

This guy, looking at the most developed pictures, has built up his chest, shoulders, triceps, and has definitely focused on his abs.

I don't know your level fitness and what you'd be comfortable doing or your equipment, so I'm gonna point you to peeps with demonstrations, and you can choose. Search their videos for the things you want to work on (including diet should you so choose).

And yeah, the cardio thing should be your main focus if you want to look like a k-j-pop star, "muscle tone" is just body fat levels. Keep that in mind when you are choosing exercises and their repetitions.
