I have seen some of his matters of size videos and i havent seen a video that shows a 10.5" dick in it. If DLD is doing the matters of size videos then he is NOT even close to 9-10-11 inches!

You know... It saddens me that folks fake their size increase so much.
I mean come on...

I have done PE for a while now, and have safely added size to my penis by using stretching techniques using different devices.
I can't see how anyone could add more than 4" in a very long period of time, unless they were totally dedicated.

2" I think is very possible - especially if one had a routine down.
Again - It's tissue...and it can be manipulated safely.
FuzzyKen said back in Oct 09 that if done correctly and by the right surgeon, cutting the ligament can release size. The problem is, most of us don't have access to, or cannot afford such a surgeon with said qualifications.
Do they exist? I'm sure they do - Cubic dollars will buy anything.

Based on your experiences on your board - how much of the penis "root" tends to be held back by the ligament?

Have there been (real) cases that you are aware of that show the above condition to hold back a large quantity?

The reason I ask, is some guys seem to have a solid "root". Example... when you look at some porn action shots..some guys don't show anything but testicles. Some guys show a "Trunk" in the scrotum - which would lead me to believe, this would be more length possibly available??

This is just a guess..looking for your feedback.

I agree that cutting the ligament is a no-no.

That's the basis of surgical penis enlargement though isn't it? I think usually it results in less than an inch extra, and can cause impotence.

So, lets see... risk impotence and spend a few weeks in pain and unable to even have a wank for a "possible" inch.
Or a few years exploring and enjoying non-surgical methods and possibly gain more without risk of impotence or pain?

Yeah, it's a no-brainer in my opinion.

Porn is never a good indicator of "typical" penises, as many of these guys have all sorts of things done to maximize the appearance of their penis sizes. A good (but not foolproof) way to tell if one has had surgery would be to see if their penises don't point upwards when erect.

When the ligaments are severed in phalloplasties, the penis will no longer point upwards during erections as it did prior to surgery. In some cases, the ligaments do reattach themselves- sometimes creating less length than before the surgery!
